Wishing you a Joyous Christmas

Thank you for stopping by The Humble Bungalow.
I appreciate all your comments and would like to extend warm wishes to you at this time.

Our Humble Bungalow
Glowing with the white fairy lights strung on the tree and the beams.

Just a few finishing touches and I am ready...
adding a bit of OPI polish.

One more sleep!

Christmas brings with it a mix of emotions...

memories bubble up and are powerful
thinking of those no longer with us
of those who may be ill or suffering

it is a time to spend with friends and family
and often we find ourselves far away from home

Christmas expectations might be set too high
you might be short of money
you may be lonely

I hope that you have someone that you care for to share your holiday with and that you are Joyful.

An unexpected gift arrived in the mail today
from a friend that I met on The Ooh La La Paris Tour
Merci Beaucoup!

Wishing you a Peaceful Holiday.
Hostess

Merry Christmas! Your tree and white lights are beautiful. Very festive. I agree with you,. Life has twists and turns, ups and downs. I've decided this is a given and simply must be accepted as reality. Focus on all the good is my remedy! Make the holiday as memorable and festive as possible. Thank you for all your wonderful posts throughout the year. I thoroughly enjoy them and the community that you have created. All the best, Susan

Merry Christmas I hope you've had a wonderful day. The humble bungalow looks gorgeous decorated with fairy lights. Thank you for your lovely posts and inspiration. My Christmas day was perfect. We had lunch at my Dad's house which is very close to the beach. As it was very hot here in South Australia it was perfect for a swim at the end of the day.

All The Best is 2016. Lesley.
My Christmas turned out to be wonderful! I experienced my own Christmas miracle. Downboy, my little Bedlington terrier was attacked by a coyote Christmas Eve, and survived!

Sounds like a lovely day...when I think of Christmas in Australia I often think of Tim Minchin's song White Wine in The Sun...do you know it?
